The carpets look great! We had rented carpet cleaning equipment before and cleaned our own carpets, but they didn't turn out as clean as when Zerorez cleaned our carpets.

It was a big job. Vents, dryer vent, carpet, upholstery, and tile. The crew made a surgical strike, careful of furnishings and other surfaces. Not only did they make themselves available for questions, but they also were good to point out unrelated issues that may need addressing. They were quick, helpful, thorough, and they will be invited back in another 18 months or so. Thank you Zerorez!

Personnel was great and my floors are clean! Others before have left dirty spots and didn't try hard enough to get the dirt out. Our guy did that!
This was a very efficient and competent service. We're definitely going to be return customers. We're just going to wait until the carpets get dirty again before calling. Hopefully that won't be for awhile.

Overall the final result was great, few minor shadows but in all honesty I waited till it was really dirty before calling. I will do better and call again. The gentleman that did the cleaning was very easy to work with. The furniture looks great. Thanks for taking care of us.
John was wonderful. He explained the total cost before starting. Everything looked great when he left. We plan on him to do our carpets again.
I like that the cleaning lasts longer because there is no left over residue. I did experience a pronlem this time however. I have a pot of mums on my front porch & the technician ran his hoses over them & broke them. I would have happily moved thr pot if I had know it was in the way. I will try to send pictures.
