I felt completely comfortable with the man who came to clean my carpets. He was very respectful, friendly, and helpful. He put protective foam corner protectors around my wall corners so that his equipment didn't come in contact with my walls and baseboards. And my carpets looked fabulous and didn't take long to dry, either....

Quick friendly and did a very nice job. Got out some stains without a lot of excess water left in the carpet.
Came on fairly short notice. Got in and out at a good pace. Protected the baseboard corners with guards. Great price. Only thing I would have different is a light fragrence with the cleaning.

Prompt appointments. Stains are thoroughly removed and don't return after cleaning. Carpets are soft, not crunchy after cleaning. Carpet dries quicker than other cleaners we have used.
