Zerorez answered our call on a Saturday and also called 20 minutes prior to coming to the appointment just like they promised. The tech was friendly and efficient, and also cleaned a small rug at no extra cost. Our carpet is 12 years old and we thought it may need replacing if they could not clean the traffic patterns that were looking bad. We have a Bissell and cleaned it with that previously but Zerorez breathed new life into our carpet. It looks and feels great. Thanks Zerorez! Del Ray Purser North Logan Utah

Your rep, Jonathan Jenson, listened carefully to my concerns about certain stains on my carpet. He worked extra hard to get out the ground in high traffic dirt. My husband was amazed that the carpet looked so good.

After my carpets where cleaned, I could tell and feel that it was clean. It has a fresh feel to it and I enjoyed NOT smelling any chemicals. The person who came to clean our carpet was very approachable and trustworthy. He did a great job and I was very pleased with how clean the carpet was!

The friendliness of your worker; our carpet looks very nice without a lot of chemical smell. We did have to put fans on, turn up the heat and fireplaces because there were some very wet places 24 hours later...but it dried out good and we're happy with how it feels and looks. Thank You!
