I have been working out for a little over a year, with a 3 month work related pause. I have more energy, better balance, and strength. The coaches are the best. They are always encouraging and helpful.

Clean as can be! Personal trainers/coaches are wonderful. We love the 2x a week 20 minutes workouts. It keeps us motivated to continue with the program! The staff is so kind to my husband who suffers from early stage dementia and the program is of great help to him not only for his physical health but brain health as well. His recovery from a broken hip due to a fall was much quicker with the help of a physical therapist followed by his return to the Exercise Coach! We are most fortunate to have such a great facility only a stone’s throw away from our apartment - but I would recommend the program to anyone!
Sadly, our supplemental Medicare United Health Care Advantage does not cover the cost. It would pay for a membership to a fancy facility about a mile down the road. That is an issue to be taken up with our representatives in government. This is clearly an example of good preventive health care that does NOT require workout clothing from Lulu Lemon! Costco sweats work out just fine and dandy!

I find that doing 20 min group sessions twice per week with trainers is affordable and effective! It’s easy to stick with.
The trainers are friendly, well-trained and helpful, and they sincerely seem to care about you doing well and improving at your own pace.
It’s also immaculately clean and well-maintained.
Scheduling through the MINDBODY App is very easy and convenient.
There’s no hard selling or attempts at that.
Small size, personal attention, quickness of workout; no judgements.
Variety of classes
Suggestion for cycle room:
Too many bikes don’t work.
Consider placing a clipboard with a piece of paper that sits at front of room so members can write what was wrong with their bike at the end of class.
This will allow staff to have a checklist of bikes that need to be fixed.

Personable and full of achievements
Individualized training sessions and intense workout for 20 min make this a workout I can stick to. I have only been at exercise coach for one month and already see and feel a difference.

I have been going to Exercise Coach for 3 years now. During those 3 years I have had a knee replacement and back issues. With working on their equipment and the help of the trainers they have helped me get my strength back. The trainers are very encouraging and positive and the owner even trains me and has encouraged me to do try strength equipment I did not think I should do because of my knees but I tried it and glad I listened to her as my knees are getting much stronger. The strength I have gained in the 20 minute workout is showing, the trainers are wonderful and the studio very inviting and clean. Thank you Exercise Coach for helping me get stronger and back doing the things I love like golf.
