The coach's are very helpful and knowledgeable. Always on time. I especially appreciate that I am actually monitored to make sure I do my exercises correct and do not injure myself. I actually felt my back hurt less after the first 3-4 visits and stronger.

Well, after a few months I have gained flexibility. I believe I've gained strength. It has helped with my blood sugars and in the last month I've lost 13 lb. It comes as a flexibility. Before I started getting into this I had to use a device to put my socks on because after my surgery I couldn't get my legs bent up enough to put them on. Now I can put them on without the aid of an instrument

First off, the people are awesome! They’re always on time, dedicated to your progress and well being, and so encouraging. The studio is always clean and the machines are wiped down often while I’m there. My husband and I both love it!
I have been going to the Exercise Coach for 3 years. I looked into this training as I have had a foot surgery, knee replacement and at the time back issues which is actually my pelvis out of alignment. The Exercise Coach machines have helped me over time gain my strength in the core area and overcome the handicaps I was dealing with. The trainers at Exercise Coach are caring and push my potential each having their own personalities in positive ways to keep me motivated. Kristine, the owner even trains and takes interest in each client. Her studio is very clean and welcoming. As a 62 year old woman that needs to workout and keep myself moving it is the Best place for me. Their machines are using my actual weigh, to strengthen myself and the bikes they have are great for cardio. She also suggest walking the atrium for walking laps. For me I can not thank them for all of their help and keeping me fit as much as possible with caring trainers❤️
