I only work out but would love to join many classes but intimidating. Not sure how to go about and not sure if I would embarrass myself.

Please repair your parking lot. There are pot holes everywhere. It’s like driving in an obstacle course, wears on tires. This is an ongoing issue.
I like the Les Mills classes and the gym
New equipment and all the instructors are amazing especially body pump.
The facilities are always clean and the equipment is in good repair. Lots of programs for kids and adults both.
I do group fitness and spin and the instructors cue very well and look and are so fit. It’s motivating.
I like that equipment is available when I arrive.

i only have one HUGE concern!! the group class body pump instructors other than steve scream in the headset so many people say it hurts there ears it’s not healthy and causes damage to the ear drum even people have the noise level registered on there devices as damaging i don’t understand why this is not monitored i wear ear plugs as do others but for a highly used health club you would think they look into this important matter of saving hearing! hearing loss is no fun when it can be prevented please look into
this!! it’s sooo unnecessary!! the music is loud enough but the instructors shouldn’t scream over the top of it!!!

We haven’t utilized the programs and activities, we’ve just used the weights and machines.
Ok , TY for this opportunity I ve been coming to the YMCA LWR for years now ,and not one to complain unless it affects my health please understand. In Studio A I can see the dust going up to ceiling and coming back down .It is used daily so I waited 1 month.It never got cleaned as that dust kept going up/down.I request that the studios be vacumed or swept properly. at least once a week at the very least The amount of dust we breath in at the YMCA has made me sick more often. then not.. I m not the only one who s noticed and been sick .I dont understand why it seems so difficult to sweep every other day the whole place. The gym is the same thing ,except most of that dust is very visible below the machines. There s a new gym opening in LWR,that a lot of us are talking about..12 of us,that have noticed waiting for 1 month , if not swept and cleaned well, then, take action. The instructors however are really,really good every single one of them except Cristin or Circhten, a few week s ago , She pinched a pimple on the side of her knee,then picked on her face and feet. DISGUSTING she rubbed the puss into her body. And I was thinking that the LWR YMCA would have better standards, check her credentials please.Some of the members are just laughing about the fact that there is always machines broken or the heart rate is out of order ,or the seat,belt out of order,out of 5 recumberent bicycles,3 dont have the TV functioning ..I see you got to the yard and I m so glad.it looks a lot better.TY

Outstanding instructors and great selection of classes and equipment. Unfortunately, the restrooms are not as clean as they should be and often out of supplies such as hand soap and paper towels. There have been times when the air-conditioning is out of order and the roof is need of repair.
Love the water aerobics programs. The denior lunch and learn on Tuesday's is great.
I don’t take classes. I work out with weights and the machines. Love the back area with the artificial turf. It’s clean and never over crowded

The pool and cycling. Wish you had a 6:30/7:00 cycle class. 5:30 is tough.
I like all you have to offer and many activities I don’t need to pre register, I can just show up.
