I only work out but would love to join many classes but intimidating. Not sure how to go about and not sure if I would embarrass myself.

Please repair your parking lot. There are pot holes everywhere. It’s like driving in an obstacle course, wears on tires. This is an ongoing issue.

I do group fitness and spin and the instructors cue very well and look and are so fit. It’s motivating.

i only have one HUGE concern!! the group class body pump instructors other than steve scream in the headset so many people say it hurts there ears it’s not healthy and causes damage to the ear drum even people have the noise level registered on there devices as damaging i don’t understand why this is not monitored i wear ear plugs as do others but for a highly used health club you would think they look into this important matter of saving hearing! hearing loss is no fun when it can be prevented please look into
this!! it’s sooo unnecessary!! the music is loud enough but the instructors shouldn’t scream over the top of it!!!
