Extremely friendly staff. The trainers are excellent and it feels like family
The staff is so friendly and helpful. From the minute you walk in the door, Karin is such a delight with her smile and addressing you by your first name. The personal trainers and instructors for all the classes I participated in are wonderful.

I go to Active Older Adult classes.
I like the instructors. They are very dedicated and are creative in bringing to us various workouts to make it interesting and challenging
Variety of programs and equipment for seniors
Don’t use any programs or activities.
They are geared to promote good health by giving instructions directed to problematic aging conditions such as movement balance and strength
For the younger people.. programs to aid them in keeping strong and children enjoying activities and good growth habits
Easy to get into the gym and workout area is good. Enjoy the A/C especially after a 2 mile walk to the Y. Teh Y is clean and easy to navigate the front desk workers are helpful and pleasant. Would recommend additional ab workout staton.
I lap swim so the pool is important to me. I was disappointed that it took a week to fix the pool pump and a 3 days to heat it.
Different all the time
Great variety of classes and programs. Not just a gym. There’s something for everyone.
We enjoy the gym and like that our grandchildren can go to the day care.

The variety of classes, the good teachers & the special lunch n learns. Only disappointment is the pickleball so l play elsewhere.

THANKS for adding the Barre classes to your schedule, because as season comes upon us and additional people will be taking classes, we have more choices, obviously!

I enjoy water aerobics and like that I can go Monday to Saturday .

I enjoy my classes but noticed when seasonal people arrive the classes are over filled, people don't check in or not paying. Both issues happen every year & it's annoying.
