I love the group fitness classes. The different times and types of classes. The trainers are great, they motivate you, make all classes fun. I’ve met so many people in these classes and every day I look forward to going.

I only joined for Pilates and I love it! Val is an amazing teacher. The person at the desk who greets me every Tuesday morning is always friendly and helpful.

Flexibility
I enjoy the water aerobics classes. It’s great that they are offered Monday through Saturday and take place at a convenient time for me 9:00am (10:00 on Thursday). I also enjoy the Sit and Fit classes M-W-F. I have attended the Gentle Yoga- especially with Nicole on Monday, as well as Tai Chi on Tuesday and Thursday. I like that the locker rooms are spacious and have enough lockers for everyone. They are kept generally clean,too. I am very happy that the Y has a whirlpool, steam and sauna, which I use after the water aerobics class.
The facility offers a wide range of public and private exercise and health programs including baby sitting. In addition, it offers basketball, paddle ball and racquet ball courts, swimming pool, sauna, ruining track and large physical /weight lifting training machinery.
Need more weights upstairs for my pre-workout.

I like the wide array of classes. I think your hours are limited. Staff is nice, facility is clean. I don't know your numbers but I feel like you are too small or limited for the growth here, possibly expand or have another one as well. But I don't know enough about your actual numbers but that's what I think. I think it's a fantastic service for our community young and old. Also it seems like often the sauna, steam room or hot tub are out of service. I have belonged for more than 20 hrs. FANTASTIC all arount

I love the leadership that Robbie provides and the great job that the rest of staff does especially Julia, Earnie,Gloria, Eva, Ava, Sel, Joe ,Frederick, Mandy and Vicky.
Yoga is okay although none of the classes should be titled as gentle yoga since they are all more moderate. This has been misleading to those who are at the level of gentle yoga as some struggle. I have been practicing yoga for 22 years so I feel qualified to give this feedback. Quarterly a basic yoga pose class should be offered so those new to yoga could get the right instruction.
I like the selection of weights, pool .sauna etc.
I use the gym and the pool. Everything is maintained well and the spaces are not overcrowded, so my time is used efficiently.
Yoga
Love the active adult classes. The new schedule with Jen teaching on Wednesdays and Fridays and Rose Mary on Mondays affords me the opportunity to take advantage of the classes three days a week. The classes offer meditation, strength exercises with weights, bands, and balls, balance exercises, and light aerobic workouts—everything I’m looking for in my exercise regimen.

However, I wish YMCA would have more instructors to substitute when one on more than a week vacation.
Instructors are excellent. Classes are highly motivational and well structured. Environment feels really safe. You have everything and more than I expected.
