I love having classes that meet all my needs at 87. All are challenging, welcoming, and lots of fun. The instructors and administrative staff are excellent. I would call the Y a family affaire !!

Great instructors for group fitness classes!
We only participate in the summer care program. The program is filled with activities for the children, providing a fun and learning experience.

I love the water aerobics and Julie, Carol and Sharon are terrific. Plus there are so many other options for improving and stating healthy. I'm 86, just had knee replacement and am intent on staying active....I may even return to tennis!!
The staff are all friendly, helpful and the "feeling" is good there. Would I like it to be new and flawlessly clean? Well, yes, but I can't imagine how difficult it
must be to keep everything functioning and immaculate.
I'm grateful that my insurance makes it possible to go and it is for many a place for socializing and friendship.

Activities are very beneficial for senior fitness. Reservations are easy to make.
The workout facility it’s one of the best I’ve seen no equipment. Well supervised excellent facility.
Personal trainers are great! We don’t attend the early morning or evening classes. Mid-day classes would be great options.
The Y staff r most welcoming. We have acquired great friendships with Lucy, Val n Darby. Plus the Y members have become great friends. Most everyone talks to us. I enjoy my work out. They have great benefits for my body n immune system. We appreciate having the Y in our community.
The best free weight and all around gym in the area! Great people and environment for getting in shape or pushing it to the limit!
I mostly come for work outs.. your staf has been good Darby and val are very helpful. Lucy is such a great addition to the Y.

Many options for everyone's level, no matter what activity. The weight area is well kept, modern. Clean! Front desk staff are friendly and welcoming. I enjoy walking in to a great atmosphere.
