Warm water exercise class
Childcare for the gym! This is the reason I joined but I also like the rec center vibe. It feels like you all try to make it a place people like to be.
Variety and age appropriate
The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and not overcrowded. The equipment is varied and well maintained. The instructors are first rate.
The instructors for the classes are top notch! They do a good job of explaining the moves and the alternates and they truly care about all the students in the class. They are compassionate and a joy to attend. They make exercise as best as they can fun and not a chore.
