I just like it cause it's not that busy.,at the exercise machines. I hate the big gyms!! Love it that it's smaller, but just what I'm looking for.

Bob the pickleball teacher is encouraging, kind, happy and a great teacher. The free lessons he offers are invaluable and gets newcomers to pickleball comfortable with the game. Really nice group of players thanks to Bob!!!

Motivating instructors have helped me build muscle mass to prevent osteoperosis. Excellent variety of classes for all ages.

Works well for me

I like my trainer Lucia. She is a very excellent and knowledgeable trainer. She is willing to work with my schedule and gives good advice. I have been working with her for many years.
I do think that some of the equipment needs to be repaired or replaced. I know there is new equipment, but some of the old needs to be replaced.

The indoor track is a definite winner! Friendly staff. Wide variety of machines.

I like the variety and the schedule of classes.

I also like the fact that you are focused on continuously improving, and am thrilled with the new equipment!

The choice of activities and the great instructors

Julie at the front desk is phenomenal and a nice friendly face and personality to start a workout. The legal seminar was great.
