Dont do any programs. I would recommend that you get a couple more ellipticals and maybe replace the machines that are getting little to no use with duplicates of machines that are heavily used. I’d also recommend checking the dispensers for paper towels during the day because they’re running out more and more frequently. Oh, the gutters out front, they have holes in them.

I like the fitness center - it is large and spread out. I like my personal trainer, Clarence Burris. I wish that Linda Ross was still able to teacher her 5 AM Barre class - a group of regulars really liked that class! I would consider a different 5 AM class, it is a good time for me. The regulars at the gym are friendly, the front desk person is friendly (Duane?), I enjoy the coffee occasionally.

There seems to be sufficient help both on the floor & behind the desk. The culture does not seem to have a bunch of MAGA people talking politics while they sit on the machines doing nothing like at Planet Fitness.

I really enjoy the virtual Les Mills cycle and core class offerings.. always a great variety of workouts to keep all participants active and engaged!!
We like the early morning start, participating in the Les Mills programs. Also, strength training and swimming a couple days a week are our favorites.

Wife and I love everything about the Englewood YMCA.
But if your looking for suggestions, here goes.
It would be great if you could replace / upgrade at least one if not both of your two Concept 2 Rowing Machines. The resistance adjustment does not seem to work on either one. Also the newer models have a PM5 MONITOR, which allows you to track and analyze your workouts through your phone with a Concept2 App.
You have a small community of "on the water rowers" in Englewood, and if any of them use the YMCA to train, I am sure they would appreciate it.
