Family night was fun and johan has a good time every day!

I like the color wars. It brings families together.

The diverse range of camps and duration of time the camps are offered in order to fit with the needs of families and interests of children is particularly helpful. They covered a wide range of activities from sports to art, while including creative and fun themes. All this while instilling and encouraging positive behaviors with the kids.

My rising kindergartner had a blast this summer! She loved the variety of activities, the daily swim time, bead time and lots more. The Camp Directors and her counselors were attentive, caring, energetic and made an effort to make sure every day was fun. As a parent, it was so nice to be greeted by name and with a smile every day!

My daughter attended the Flag football and kickball camp and she loved it! The pick up and drop off line was efficient, she reported having a ton of fun and making some friends, and she LOVED the camp staff. We will be doing more camps next summer for sure!

Soccer, specialty camps. Incredible staff. Best quality.

It was my daughters first intro into theater and I knew she would love it and she did. You all did great!

This particular camp was well-organized and the Director communicative. while the check-in/check-out process could have been a little more efficient, I'm glad there WAS a process.

My daughter loves attending the YMCA summer camp! Every week is something new and different and she gets to enjoy spending time playing and making new friends!

My daughter just loves the activities and counselors. She is an autistic child with ADHD, so hard to please - but she is so excited about camp that she cannot wait to go the following day. She is sad on the weekend because she misses her counselors.

Great first summer camp experience! The counselors were super engaging during drop off/pickup and the fun never ended all week. My son had a fabulous time.

My kids love camp!! Ms. Lydia does an excellent job managing it all and my kids adore her (and they love all the other counselors too!). Great all around!

Kids enjoy the teachers. They love that is indoors since it is so hot out during the day in VA.

Per my son, they have a variety of things to do and he’s likes that it’s a good balance of outside camp and indoors. He says the counselors are fun and cool.

Rose had such a wonderful time at the Tuckahoe YMCA last week. We love coach Luda and miss her!

Good variety, liked that it included swim lessons and free swim. Good value for money.

The variety of camp themes, the space availability, the activities such as swimming and plenty of outside play, the option for full day camp, and the price. It’s the best all-around option out there.

Good kid/teen environment, very interactive, opportunities for leadership.

The only piece of feedback I have about Camp Tuckahoe, is that no one ever asked me for an ID when picking up my daughter; unlike CTB and the specialty camps (which always asked).

That’s a level of security that I love - so please incorporate that into Camp Tuckahoe!! Thank you!!

Staff is amazing and the programs are great!

My son loves camp. I think the multiple activities in a day and the staff are what really make this experience!

The swimming indoors and water activities outdoors

Very flexible schedule for working parents. Kids have fun throughout the day and I feel my child is safe and happy. However, I wish there were more drawing, painting or arts activities for kids who are not swimmers or into athletics. Also, reading time etc. Just suggestions. Thank you for everything you guys do.
