Speedy and correct repair, excellent customer service.

They stuck with the problem until they found it and yet only charged me for the part and instillation. I appreciated Able who was very companionate and helpful.

I took my car in making a weird noise. I asked them to just look the entire car over, as it is 13.5 years old and has well over 100K miles on it. They called me and informed me that the car was in great shape and a piece of plastic has come loose and they put it back, so I would no longer hear the noise. They were quick and professional. I will definitely be taking my car back there if it needs any repairs.

Fast, friendly service. I really like how the detailed evaluation broke things down into immediate concern, and those items that could wait. I will be back to have some of those items taken care of later. I came from over 35 years as a Goodyear customer, and glad I did.

Courteous and helpful

I was helped by Christian Brothers Automotive from my very first phone call. My car stopped running out on the highway. Christian Brothers called a tow truck for me immediately. My wait time to be picked up was about 40 minutes. The tow truck driver was very professional and took my car in immediately. The service at Christian Brothers was amazing. My car was repaired and ready to go by the same afternoon. I was treated with respect, and given very professional service. My husband and I are both senior citizens, and all went well. It is not "fun" being on the highway - stranded - unable to drive the vehicle. Thank You Christian Brothers Automotive for doing your job - the way it was supposed to be done.!!!!!!!!

Jeremy and Abel were totally professional and honest. Had to have my brakes replaced and the job was completed when it was promised. New battery was also installed. I thought the price was a bit higher than expected but, not a major problem.

The employees are very helpful and professional. I loved that they emailed me a copy of the diagnosis/ problem with my vehicle. They also were able to give you an almost exact amount of what it would be to fix/correct the problemm.

Very clean shop! Everyone at the shop was super knowledgeable and communicated everything to me before any work was done. I really appreciated that they took the time to explain what the problem was and gave several options to resolve the issue.
