This was my first time at CBA and I couldn't be more pleased! Everybody was extremely kind and they took care of me like I was one of their own. I came in for an oil change, but they also replaced my car key battery and topped off my coolant (at no extra charge). They gave me a Dr Pepper while I waited in the lobby and a flower when I left. Hands down the best experience I've ever had getting my oil changed. I will be sure to come back here for my future car needs.

Extremely pleased with the service from Christian Brothers. Abel, who took the call; was attentive and clear in making the appointment; and when I arrived, offered coffee, water, etc or a courtesy ride anywhere I need to go.. But, as I would be waiting for my vehicles a/c diagnosis, it was expedited.
In the end, the anticipated repairs on my 2003 Suburban would have required several days of work and intricate and frankly were more than my vehicle is worth (as the issue was only intermittent electrical to start with) so I opted not to commence. Despite this, they remained congenial and respectful of my decision, even to the point of agreement. When I mentioned I was now be in the market for a newer vehicle (because I expected and suspected this issue to be the cause of my problem), Able suggested I still consider the location, as they offer a pre-purchase inspection service.
If I ever need another different repair or a repair on another vehicle, they will be at the top of the list.
They are honest, the hourly rate is reasonable; the customer area, the shop premises and the surrounding property immaculate; the mechanics articulated well and were presentable (not that that is an issue for me personally).

I like how the manager, Abel, stayed in contact with me during the whole process. He showed that he cared and displayed excellent customer service. The shuttle driver was nice and friendly, we had a very pleasant conversation. I will definitely refer my friends and family to this automotive shop for their vehicle repair needs.

I always thought that Christian was a surname related to the business, within 30 seconds of walking in I realized that they were Christian and run their business with their beliefs. They were prompt, courteous, and respectful. Not to mention, that was the cleanest garage I have ever stepped foot in. I will recommend them to everyone I know.
