Knowledgeable and trustworthy

It was good Christian Brothers worked very hard to get my car ready so that I could have surgery in Houston the next day, I did get to Houston on time so thank you.

Able was not there and he was the one who knew of the part he had ordered that would be in on Monday. The mechanic who figured out a way to do it with Able was not there . So I had to tell the Mechanic that was working about the part which had not come in from Honda here that was supposed to to be there at 7am. I called and the mechanic from another location filling in had no Idea what I was talking about. There were no updates. I had to call. The quote on Friday was 220 dollars I know the part was 29 or 30. I had to call up until it was ready at 5:30 there was no phone calls it was all me or I would not have known a thing. When I paid it was 640 and some change, and I was shocked. It was fixed I left at :15 to six and had to drive in the dark. So Able told me Friday it would be done first thing Monday. And no one knew a thing. I was very disappointed. to tell the truth. I gave you a 9 because I was able to get to the hospital, And the experiences I have since the first shop opened in Mission Bend. I worked at a major Christian Radio Station that put out the Shepherds Guide to support Christian Businesses. I would not ever publicly speak ill of a Christian business. I had always had good service the last time I came in I dealt with Able brakes and Axle and this time I dealt with Able initially and the mechanic on Friday. Able should be the face of every Christian Brothers.

I recommended you to mom but after this since she was 87 and had to transport me and miss an appointment. She was not able to get her car fixed so it messed up some plans.

As always thank you, you got me on the road and I was able to have surgery with 3 to follow.
The price was 400 over what I originally quoted and I had to push and call to from start to end. '
Anxiety I did not need when I was having a cancerous tumor cut out.

There was a mistake with the first attempt to fix our problem. I was not upset… those things happen. I very much appreciated how they took care of us and fixed the issue without cost and made it right. To me, that speaks to their culture and character.
