The instructors are amazing! I love the feedback they give about form - it truly helps me get into the right muscles. The staff is very friendly and the studio has a welcoming atmosphere, making it much easier to motivate myself to get to class! The facility itself is also well-maintained and inviting to students.
The intensity; that the instructor remembered my name and encouraged me by name during the session; the positivity and hard work mentality of all participants and instructor; and that I am as sore as I am the day after!

I like the atmosphere and the instructors.
Suggestion: It's very hard to get into the weekend classes. More classes on the weekends -earlier and one late afternoon. Also later classes Monday and Thursday evenings. It's hard to get there at 5:45 pm from work.
I have been the only male in the classes I have been to so far (been trying to recrute guys since I started) & I have always been welcomed with the same professional friendliness as everyone else ( but for some reason my ego tells me I'm a favorite here). U keep regulations fair & basic & the timeliness helps since it is a challenge fr me to get to the studio & then to work. I love how the teachers watch & correct the students. I love the space, the lighting, the music. (Having the men's bathroom fr the moment to myself is very nice). I like the help yourself website & the smartphone app... Use them both. The best part is ALL the instructors. I do appreciate them fr how they help us with our goals on a daily basis.

The instructors are helpful BUT it would be nice if you planned a brief intermission between classes so students can have a moment to fill instructors in on any concerns or goals. I've taken the 7am class with Joy during the week and the music or microphone never stops. As soon as her 6am class walks out she immediately gets the 7am going. It would make a newbie (like myself) that's used to places like Core Power (they have intermission bewteeen classes) more comfortable.
Thoroughly impressed with Amy and Leslie's classes. Very thorough and attentive to me and making sure I am correctly doing the movements.
Bright,airy and clean workout space. Helpful instructors. Only suggestion would be to keep the music at a comfortable level so the instructors don't have to shout over it.
I am a bar method regular in Kansas City and was vacationing in Colorado and decided to take a class. The staff was very welcoming and the class was great!
