I had been very nerevous about buying a bike because of my weight, but Ben made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked into the shop.
He asked me questions and listened to what I wanted and needed in a bike. He showed me options and did not try and just sell me the most expensive bike just to get a sale. Ben encouraged me to sit on the bike to make sure it was comfortable. Ben was very knowledgeable and helped me choose the right helmet and bottle holder.
Ben explained how to care for the bike and said I could go back to the shop anytime for anything I needed and loaded the bike into my car.
