They did the work in a timely fashion, kept me informed, gave me my options in written form, and the person I dealt with was nice and helpful.
I had taken my daughters car to the towne lake woodstock location at least 4 times to get the power steering fixed. $1400 plus dollars later, it was still leaking. As a last resort, I called the Marietta hwy location and asked them if they would be able to help me before I took the car to another repair shop and asked for refund. They were happy to help me and had the car repaired as soon as parts were available. They were so kind and helpful with excellent customer recovery. Although I will not be using the town lake location again, I will definitely be returning to the Marietta hwy location.

The professional demeanor of all the staff. The absolutely immaculate shop and organized areas of the workspace. Their knowledgeable staff repaired the issue in an extremely timely fashion without any discrepancies. The courtesy vehicle of dropping me off, and then picking me up, upon completion of the repairs was above reproach. I like how friendly and informative the staff is. They make you feel like you are their most important customer, even though there were many more customers in and out while I was there. I drive about 15 miles to have my car serviced by them,even though there are several other places much closer to me. They are honest, treat you with respect and very good at their job. Why would you go any where else?

I had a wonderful experience at this Christian Brothers location. My parents on the other had had an awful experience with the Christian Brothers off of 92 in Woodstock, this past week.

Our first experience with CB was very positive. They did an oil change, brakes (pads & rotors) and transmission service. They discussed everything before getting approval to proceed and the cost was reasonable and fair for the work completed. The facility was clean and the people were friendly and welcoming. We felt confident going on an upcoming road trip after the work done at CB. We plan to bring our other vehicles to CB for routine maintenance and any service/repairs when needed.
Amazing auto service provider, these folks are professionals in auto analysis and repair. They have serviced my 2010 Honda with 140k plus miles on two separate occasions. Both times the repairs were done correctly and timely. Excellent analysis of the problems without up-charging or add on’s. Simply put these folks have the tools, knowledge and expertise to repair your car correct the first time.
