Called ahead of time to let them know what the issue was and how much another service center was going to charge. They were up front and honest about having a diagnostics test etc. I agreed to bring it in for testing. They fixed it for a third the cost I was told by another service center. I also like how they kept me informed via text msg about what was going on with the car at different times throughout the processes.

I recently had my truck stolen by a shop in Cleveland the guy had my truck for two and a half months claiming he was working on it every day. I was in the dark about my repairs the entire time. Come to find out he did more damage to my truck and even put 6k miles on my truck. Christian brothers actually txt me and showed me picture updates of every single stage of repairs on my truck. I was greatly pleased. I called them on Friday morning and by Friday afternoon they had the repairs done. My mind was blown and I was exceptionally pleased with the work they did. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles back to them in the future. And the customer service was next to none. Everyone working there was courteous, attentive, and respectful. Great company run by great people.

First if all, Christian Brothers is the cleanest automotive service business I've ever seen. The people who work there are professional, polite, precise in their diagnostics, recommendations and service. They assess your car with computer analysis, take pictures and then send you a detailed explanation of their findings and recommendations. They break down their recommendations by category: checked and okay, may require attention soon, requires immediate attention. Our Yukon needed a lot of attention. Inspite of that our car was repaired and returned in a little over 24 hours. Highly recommend Tony and his team.

Took my truck in at 2:30 and didn’t think they would be able to get to it until the next day. AC was recharged and truck was ready at 5:30 same day. Remarkable service along with complete vehicle inspection. This is my new go to shop in Canton area.

Excellent customer service and very knowledgeable about the issue concerning your vehicle. Prices are very reasonable and most of all their integrity holds weight when it comes to the character of the company and the employees. They will go above and beyond to make sure you are satisfied.

I absolutely loved the customer focus and updates from the tech. I felt that I was important to them and that , although there were other cars in the bays, my car was the primary focus. The work was done well, expediently, and economically.

Everyone I spoke with was very friendly and explained everything very thoroughly . I loved that they picked my car up and brought it back to me.
