My car stopped working a2005 Nissan Altima, they were professional, courteous and friendly, made you feel like a part of their family, they even have a courtesy car to take you home and pick you up to get your car, especially good for us seniors that are alone, They let you know up front what it will cost for repairs after inspection. Their prices I thought were fair. It's hard to find a good car repair shop that's not going to ripped you off, especially being a woman. I knew I could trust them. Kenneth the one that did the repair, was awesome, my car since then, run like a new baby. Glad I went to them and will definitely go back for future car repairs. I had several repairs made to my car and the service here is wonderful. They were very detailed as to what my car needed and how they would fix it. It was ready when they said it would be and everyone was very professional and friendly.

The guys were professional and kind. I went in for an oil change and they found an issue with the oil pan. I was upset because it was going to take hours to fix and I was going to miss my cousin's funeral. They were sympathetic and did the best they could but I was not able to make the funeral 😔

They listened to me and valued me as a customer when I had a mechanical problem after a check up. They replaced the part in question without charge and without me, requesting that action.
They are honest and reasonable.

I had some work done in May and unfortunately one of the parts replaced was defective. I called them and told them what happened and they told me to bring it in and they would look at it. They replaced it and a few other small things free of charge. I was very happy about that.!

I had a great experience getting my vehicle fixed. The issue with my explorer was clearly communicated to me. The part was ordered and everything seems ok. What I like, was the honest communication on the diagnosis and approach to getting it fixed. Also, I had an extended warranty and the way it was handed to work out getting a claim handed so you all could do the work was smooth. I would definitely come back and recommend you to friends.

Paul was extremely nice and although the problem with my car was an expensive fix, I never felt he made unnecessary repairs or overcharged me for the work done. I would definitely use your shop again and would recommend you to other potential customers.

Convenient to deal with. Shop car provides transportation to home, etc. Not the cheapest, but they do good work and warrantee it.
