I cannot say enough good things about Christian Brothers especially David. My car needed a part that due to the microchip shortage was on back order. David contacted Honda and kept in touch with me over the entire 5 months it took to get the part. He dealt with the extended warranty company for me and let me know every couple of weeks what the status of the part was. When the part finally came in he had my car ready to go in a day. I will recommend Christian Brothers to friends and family.

For context, let me start by saying that I typically perform all my own vehicle maintenance and repairs mostly because I do not trust anyone else to care that it is done correctly. Because of that general bias, I go into each of these experiences expecting to be disappointed. Instead what I found was a very professionally run team of individuals who are:

Communicative
Innovative (how they use tech to communicate and update you)
Responsive
Customer focused

Not only did they provide courtesy rides to my home, they stood behind their work and were exceptionally polite doing so. I would highly recommend this location and their team to work on my vehicle

The folks that work at and run this place are by far the best auto repair service company I have ever had the pleasure to deal with. They are up front and honest about the way they do business. There was a noise coming from the steering column of our car. Prior to coming here we had gone to the dealer to have it checked out. The folks at the dealership told us we need over $3000 in repair (a new steering column and immediate shaft because they were a one piece part). That right there caused me to start asking a bunch a questions. So I told them I was coming to pick up the car because I didn't think it was worth spending the money to repair. That's when I called these folks for a second opinion. Told them what the dealer said and they quoted the same price for what the deal wanted with the side note that they've never run into a situation where both needed replacement. So I figure it was worth bringing it to them to check it out and have them do the repair if it were true. Well it was the best decision because within 45mins after dropping off the car they called me back and told me we had a couple of loose bolts and the car was good. Final cost $68. That's right, they saved me $2932. They could have easily said we needed the work but like I said this is as honest as a company one can ever hope to deal with. So if your in need of auto repair then this is the place you want to go to. They truly care about their customers and aren't in the business of over selling you. A special thank you to Paul. He was open and honest and kept us informed every step of the way.

Jeremiah was so very kind and helpful when I arrived at the end of the day with an emergency situation involving my break lights. It would require an electrical test and his mechanics were all very busy ... yet he still got it all worked out so I didn't have to rent a car to get to my eye surgery appointment. What a blessing!

What did you like about your experience at Christian Brothers Automotive?

I love the story of this company: started in Texas then how it grew its way to Canton Georgia, where I reside a few miles away.

As a young one, there was a song I learned in Sunday School which began with..."I've got the Joy, Joy, Joy, Joy down in my heart, where? Down in my heart to stay." The Christian Brothers business is founded on Godly principles and their ethics prove this to be true. Before building this business it was important to be a customer and so where does that joy come from? From the Lord they serve, by serving the truth each time they work on a client's car. Joy is their passion. Read it - you'll enjoy the back story.

I wasn't so joyful on 9/2/2022 when I approached this company for help (had many issues) with my 21 year old car - time to replace it I felt. I hadn't read their history yet so I knew them not, asking questions was a place to start. Out right I told Paul that I was single, in her seventies - needing honesty, could I trust them? Been down that other road before. He looked at me with compassion, "yes, I will take care of you, I will give you the truth." That's all I needed to know. He told me what to expect and we then proceeded.

Leonard, a name of my father and brother now deceased, was the name of the man who drove me home for I was told to leave my car with them, A lot of info was given to me on that trip. He talked of the incredible build the Lexus was that I could easily get 300,000 miles out of my car showing only 183,000. Leonard being kind brought joy to me for thoughts of my father and brother came flooding back. They too were car people.

It was as though my car (Lexus, a model) was in for a "make over," and a "photo shoot." Lexus is a beautiful looking car with photos taken at various angles that day. That diagnostics included those photos taken deep inside where the issues were. Seeing them first hand the truth lay transparent to me and I was a believer of the way this business operated.

By way of email, I saw first hand the photos, the issues (lots of them) but I determined in my heart to go ahead with the work, and to be able to postpone my need of a much newer car in the immediate future. Lexus would stay - all because of Leonard's input in regard to the car-take care of Lexus and he will be good to you..

Leonard picked me up the next day, an-all-day-working on Lexus occurred keeping them a little longer at closing. Joyful is what I felt and enlightened conversations around me proved their theory of what workks for them truly was a magical moment I experienced. Yes, there was a moment of "Cha-Ching but it was as though Lexus and I had a bond much tighter, if possible than before. This was truly a powerful moment permeated with joy and a wonderful experience with Christian Brothers Automotive!!!!! May God continue to bless them and all of their clients!!.

I have the Joy, Joy, Joy, Joy down in my heart...to stay! Kudos to all of you!
