We love Dogtopia and the employees there are great! Everyone knows my dog Sonny and is helpful. We have been coming for years and the only feedback I have is that I wish the dogs had an outdoor area to play, especially when they are boarding for several days. The fresh air is so good for them and tires them out. Also, it would be great to give more perks to customers. Maybe like a free exit bath when you pay for 3+ nights of boarding? Little things like this will go a long way.

I love the personal touch and how they know me and my dog! Pippin is always sooo excited to get there to play…from his wiggly whining in the car to his drag through the door to his (im)patient wait to be brought back to his friends ( most times he grabs his own leash and says c’mon hurry up). Clearly he loves being there and all the people that take care of him. This, of course, makes me feel so at ease and grateful that he has a safe and fun place to play!
I like the structure and organization of the day, and the commitment to cleanliness and safety. I like the personal attention given to the pups as well, and the slow integration into the room starting with the play pen and introduction to all the dogs until they feel comfortable joining. I also LOVE being able to access the webcams!

I love how the employees love Miguel. I was very disappointed about my last charge. I thought I was paying only for a half day.

Easy to schedule or make changes, friendly staff.
I love the fact that my dog can run around and play most of the day. Of course, they get little breaks and can take a nap, but he always seems happy when I drop him off.

I can’t say enough good things about Dogtopia in Port Chester! The staff is incredibly friendly, attentive, and clearly loves dogs. My pups always comes home happy, tired, and well cared for. I love that they provide fun activities, have cameras, offer spa treatments, and boarding. I never thought I would board my dog since I have family in the area — but my two pups love it there that much!
The facility is clean, safe, and spacious—perfect for playtime and relaxation. Highly recommend to any dog owner looking for a trustworthy daycare!

We use it for nail cutting but the office is very friendly and they do a good job for a fair price.
