The Bug Master staff are very polite and helpful. If a date and time aren't convenient, the staff are more than happy to work with you to find a time and date that are. The technicians who come to out home are unfailing courteous and willing to listen to our needs and accommodate them.

Reasonable prices, very efficient communications (electronically & on-site), dependable scheduling. Rapid response when a new bug situation arises. I know what they are doing and when they do it. This is one household routine that I don't have to worry about-- it just happens when it is supposed to.
I haven't seen a bug since we moved into our home...or garage. Thank you, Brandon. Very important to me. Also, Gary and Kirk have been simply wonderful to check our attic for squirrels/mice. We really appreciate the concern that Bug Masters has shown.
