no bugs! Polite, efficient
Last summer, I was invaded by several different kind of ants on my front and back yard. When I noticed the ants had also invaded by bedroom and bathroom I was in tears and in panic mode. I was really scared when the ants had made it to my bed. I called Bug Master and I immediately had help from the manager and his assistant. They took care of my problem and their professionalism was outstanding. I had a good nigh sleep and so thankful to Bug Master...You are number one with me.
Bug Master will not disappoint you. They pay attention to details, and staff is knowledgeable!

Make sure that after you leave, there are no anthills. There are more anthills now than before. Maybe the strength of the chemical is weak or something. I hate these anthills.
I like my service technician, he is excellent at his job. I was disappointed that I was not informed in advance on my last service that the tech would be coming. It is important that I be given advance notice in order to have my dogs confined before the tech arrives.

Bug Master is always on time and very courteous. The technicians seem to be well trained when you ask questions about their products and effects of the products they use. I would like to make special mention of our technician, Ricardo Martinez. He is friendly, knowledgeable and treats his clients' houses like he would his own. He goes above and beyond what many exterminators during his routine visits. We live in the country, so it would be impossible to have a bug free environment, but we appreciate Bug Master and Mr. Martinez for keeping the bug population minimized in our home.
Easy communication by email or phone. You always come back if there is a problem.
Our service guy is AWESOME! He's prompt, polite, friendly and we welcome him into our home each time. We haven't seen a bug in forever too!!

Our contract shows that Bug Master will come on the 3rd Thursday of the month of March, June, Sept and December. This time they changed it to Tuesday, so had to make arrangements to change to a Tuesday. Thanks

Friendly, professional, courteous technicians. Always on time for appointments. On the rare occasion when we've needed further treatment between the quarterly schedule - have always sent tech out promptly to resolve the problem.
On time and accurate
the last treatment the guy didn't move a thing away from the edges of rooms. i found a cockroach in the bedroom. I don't that that room was sprayed.
