Great remedial massage, tailored in response to your body's specific issues and needs.
very professional, well organised, clean and efficient and wonderful treatment
Therapist provided great service, listened to what I wanted and massaged accordingly. Also provided description of muscles and reasons as to why I was feeling a certain way and described stretches to help alleviate soreness in certain areas. Overall very pleased with my experience.

As a first time client, Selena was excellent in that she listened to my issues, considered them and gave me a much needed remedial massage. On top of that she made me feel very comfortable and we laughed too. I wasn't expecting to benefit so quickly from my massage but I noticed a marked improvement the very next day. Many thanks Selena and I'll be back!!
Got just what I wanted. Great place for a serious massage
I did not feel that I had received a massage. The therapist just pushed on trigger points. Music was too loud and I hate Mumford & Sons.

Janice navigated her way through a large collection of tired cycling muscles and provided deep strong effective treatment without unnecessary pain. I was impressed by her huge reservoir of strength, and her knowledge and precision in applying it. This was a therapeutic/sports massage at the highest level. Thank you.
Frustrating booking system. Poor customer service. Cold room. Too much time spent on assessing patient from someone who isn't qualified to do so. Massage also finished early.
Deep tissue/remedial

The staff know what muscles to target and how to relieve painting
It IS serious massage. Got right to where I was feeling tightness. Now much better.
Easier to access room. Had to wait outside on the street, so not the most pleasant environment.
My masseuse wasn't very friendly and the session started a few minutes late and finished a few minutes early - I paid for an 80 min massage and it was closer to 70 mins.

Professional service/ quality treatment
It was quite difficult for me to book.
Getting calls returned after leaving a message is not great for me because I too am busy and then can't pickup.
I had trouble working the web bookings.
I suggest you Show a calendar of your masseuses and masseurs. Allow people to see all available dates and to select from them.
That it targets the areas I am experiencing problems with.
