I called within a week before Christmas and figured I was not going to be successful in getting an order in and ready by Christmas Eve. I worked with Brandon and Steve, who were incredibly helpful. Considering that I was on the East Coast at the time and unable to speak directly with them and discuss exactly what I wanted, they envisioned it before I did. We went online simultaneously and they had me look at sample sweatshirts. I found the one I wanted. They prepared a mock sweatshirt, emailed it to me, and I approved same. Within 2 days, the item was ready and the lucky family member got a very unique item for Christmas! Big Frog will be my number one "go to" printing shop in the future, and I will recommend you to those that I know will have use for such services. You've won me over! Many thanks. Great job.

I could not be happier with my experience. I had 5 t-shirts made for Christmas. My order was placed over the phone & via email. It was ready ahead of schedule. The quality was outstanding. The individuals I spoke with were very corteous and helpful. This was my first time to use Big Frog and I recommend them highly. It doesn't get any better than this.

What do you like about our products and services?

Big Frog of Plano did a great job on our club volleyball team t-shirts! The design was great, the team was very knowledgeable, responded quickly and professionally. We had a tight timeframe, over Christmas holiday and a large complicated order, but all turned out perfectly. Out of 90 shirts we had one error in size, the rest was perfect! Thanks so much for being a great partner Big Frog Plano!

The store personal who helped us was phenomenal . We bought five different shirts with five different wordings and design . He helped us pick out different fonts and graphics for each shirt . I have already told several people if they ever want to have anything done , shirt , bag etc. this was the place to go.

Big Frog made my last minute Christmas gift idea a reality! I called them 3 business days before Christmas and asked them to design a custom shirt for me. Joe sent me a draft less than 2 hours later, and the shirt was ready for me to pick up early in the morning of the 3rd day! Not only was the turnaround incredibly fast, but the design was exactly what I wanted and the shirt came out beautifully!
Finally, when I came in to pick up the shirt, throughout the hustle and bustle of last minute Christmas shopping, they had the soothing sounds of Bob Ross playing in the store. This business clearly pays attention to all the small details to make the customer experience perfect.
