I was late to the game getting my child’s name added to his jersey for his first baseball game. I emailed someone and they were so nice and helpful. She told me they could do it and rush the order for a nominal fee. She had me email a picture of the other kids’ jersey and matched the font. It looks great and has stayed on during washing. What I really appreciated was her pleasantness and understanding that this was really important to my son for his first game. I offered her a small tip but I hope this feedback reaches her as well. Sometimes small things we do at work make a huge difference for your clients. My son was overjoyed and felt like “a real player” with his name added so nicely.
