The work environment created by the entire staff, especially the supervisors/managers, is absolutely amazing. Everyone is very nice and eager to answer any questions anyone may have. They make it easy to contact them, something I have struggled to find in work settings. The communication throughout the team is amazing as well. Shifts available are always being relayed to caregivers and are offered for us to cover. I also appreciate how well I've been accepted into the Nurse Next Door Family. I came in with little experience but a lot of energy to learn, and what I received back was a caring team that was just as eager to teach me. They assured to that I would never be put in a situation where I was uncomfortable and they made it very easy for me to learn from them.
