I like the "lineup" board in the waiting room to let me know how soon I'd be with my barber. I like that you can reserve a particular barber and make an appointment. My barber yesterday was very personable- we had a nice talk about our families.

Lourdes does an amazing job at cutting my 14, 17 and 50 year old family members. We love scheduling with her because the quality of her haircuts is always exemplary.

For the products, iv never been to a Sports Clips previously but I can say I was impressed with the massages, showering stations and overall experience.

The environment and the staff always seem to be very welcoming. I also enjoy the app. You’re able to select which stylist you want, update the type of haircut you want, and I especially like the wait time announcement. Very pleased with Sports Clips.
Above all else, Shavon at Sport Clips on Whittelsey in Columbuss, Georgia is THE ABSOLUTE BEST. For decades since childhood, I was challenged to find a trusted barber...which changed completely when I sat down with Shavon the first time. I plan my haircut, monitoring the app to make sure Shavon is in and available. From stellar customer service, to superior ability/performance, Shavon makes Sports Clips the very best barber shop I have been to. If I were to move away from the city, I would travel for Shavon!

Nicole listened then executed the style of cut I wanted and wasn't pushy to sell additional products and services. Nicole did offer and extend suggestions regarding my hair type. Since I do use some of the products, the information was helpful.
