My barber was nice and walked me through my first time at Sports Clips. She explained everything before she did it. She also did a great job giving me a haircut. I received the MVP Experience so the massage tool and the hair washing was nice and felt good.

OUTSTANDING as it relates to my hair cut. She took the time and was locked in on the precut consultation. I have natural textured hair, am in a transitional phase of growth, looking to retain length while being able to style and clean up on my own, this required a lot of specific cut details beyond "just a trim" and she REALLY took to the time to understand, clarify, and then each phase of the cut she had me check in and confirm everything was how I wanted.
Honestly, this was THE BEST experience and one I know I would not have been able to get at a full service salon. Her clipper skills AND scissor work PLUS being a woman who understands female short natural hair styling issues was unreal helpful and perfect.
for more reference, my walk-in hair situation:
natural afro kinky high undercut that I am trying to grow out to a french bob (with enough hair on my temples to lay down edges for half wig styles). I came in requesting a shape up to mitigate a bowl cut transitional phase, needed someone who understood my goals, curly hair shrinkage and could ensure a tight undercut with the bare minimum amount of length in the right place to lay down edges.
Shaundra delivered AND taught me a thing or two. LOVE HER
