Best all around experience of any store I’ve ever visited. The store is always clean, the staff greets every customer like they are family, and the speed with which they work and manage their schedule is really impressive. I’ve been a client for several years now and I can’t say enough good things about Nicole and her approach towards making sure every one is taken care of no matter how busy they are. Definitely best in class from a customer service perspective.
I enjoy getting my hair cut at SC, abbey does a great job and the shampoo and hot towel is always extremely enjoyable.
