I appreciate that the services provided align well with proper hair care needs. While I’m not particularly fond of the massage gun, that is more of a personal preference. I do enjoy that the shop uses the same products during services that are available for purchase, as it allows clients to experience them firsthand.
I would like to see barbers return to explaining the different products they use and how those products benefit hair and scalp health. For example, I appreciated my barber explaining the benefits of the tea tree oil products, how they help both the hair and scalp, and then using that specific product during the service. This provides valuable education and firsthand experience for the customer.

I appreciate the MVP EXPERIENCE. Not many barbers wash your hair after a fresh cut and Sportsclips does along with a hot towel, nice head and shoulder massage. It's the best!
