I went in about 1 month prior to my wedding with my father-in-law for tuxedo rentals. I had also gone to BlackTux at Nordstrom down the street. I immediately knew I would go with FriarTux because of Timothy and Kyle who were incredibly easy to work with, informed us of current promos at the moment, and were very flexible with pick up and return dates for my two consecutive weddings. Additionally, FriarTux had significantly greater in store selection and try ons, whereas BlackTux had very few samples and required multiple shipments to my home. Because of the instantly availability of samples, easygoing personality of Timothy and Kyle, and very fair and competitive pricing, I moved forward with Friar Tux.
Come the day of pick up 1 week prior to my wedding - Very quick and easy process. My FIL's jacket required slight adjustment in the sleeve length which was completed 2 days later.
Finally the return. Very simple drop off process. But more importantly I had accidentally left a guest card in the jacket pocket, of which Donna was quick to call and e-mail me to inform me. I was able to return to the store to retrieve the card.
Long story short, very simple process, competitive and fair pricing, plentiful sample selection and try ons, and most importantly the most attentive and professional staff with Timothy Kyle and Donna.

I've been renting Tuxes for 50 years. This is the best experience I've ever had. The staff at the store was fantastic. The associate that did the fitting is a rising star. Keep an eye on him. He has the talent, the passion and the intelligence. Maybe he will run the company some day. He was that good.
