I needed to get suits for my 13 and 17 year olds for a formal wedding. It was 200+ dollars to buy and alter suits that I would be lucky if they wore twice. The rental process was so easy and convenient and the cost was totally reasonable. I will definitely be back the next time I have to get suits for my constantly growing kids. Thank you.

Would give score of 15 if possible. Overall very professional. Mr. Keithen was knowledgeable, courteous, patient, respectful, reassuring, quite pleasant, efficient, on time with deliverables, capable interpersonal skills with differing ethnicities and age ranges. He also demonstrated a fine sense of humor, and appropriate professional response to an off-color inappropriate joke. We we able to assess all of this because the store was quite busy and he was working alone for a while. Other staff were courteous, but Mr Keithen's manner will have customers insisting on waiting to be helped by him. Kudos to Friar Tux for capturing an exemplary millennial.

Service was great! Only issue was when I got my order from Anaheim my shoes were 2 sizes too small and it was too late to replace them.
