I am not from the San Diego area. So, after being fitted months before my daughter's wedding, questions came up for me. When I would call about the questions I had, the staff was very friendly and professional about helping me. I wanted to pay in advance so all I needed to do was pick up my tux and go when I arrived in San Diego. I did need some shortening of the pants and within a few hours it was completed, and I was able to get it the same day. Thank you

I rented a suit for my husband and had the most exceptional service!!! From start to finish it was perfect. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful! I am sorry to say I don’t remember the gentleman’s name but I believe he was the assistant manager. His service was absolutely amazing!! I’ve told many people since!!

The service was exceptional as the staff was very patient and accommodating.
The staff was very helpful finding the best tux for my event. Fitting with long vs regular, matching accessories, latest styles that fit my build. Alterations were perfect. Everything was quick. (I am not a big shopper.): I liked this. Very polite professional staff, very respectful. Eager to help. I am recommending them to my friends and my boys. Great latest styles and great service. Painless experience.. I was complimented many times for my jacket and vest. With slim pants, it was a very modern look. I liked it! I will be back.
