This store has a fantastic system in place. Fast but efficient with attention to detail. Great reminders sent via email and a gracious and kind staff. This will be my "go to" place for any tuxedo need. It gave a stressed out mom have one less thing to worry about! I had gone to two different "suit" rental places prior to this one, and hands down Friar Tux was the best experience and value!!!! Y’all are the best from Beginning to End !

Im giving the Temecula location a 10 solely off of one individual, Mr. Bello. This young man was suburb in his customer service. He had to correct someone else’s mistake and did so with such poise and class. Not pointing a finger but taking accountability for the mistake, fixing it and ordering new garments in less than 24hrs before we needed them.
The Temecula location is ran by young kids and you can tell the standard of customer service is lacking. When buying and or renting a tux/suit you walk in hoping to find someone with knowledge and care and the appropriate care and concern with themselves especially with the way they dress and carry themselves. Bello was just that.

We are very satisfied with the amazing service we received here. Very friendly professional staff. The store was busy due to all of the proms coming up the following weekend. But you couldn't tell the fitting was done super quick awesome set up with the check in and check out. My son found the exact tuxedo he was looking for and was able to match his girlfriends dress color perfectly. Pick up was easy ready for us before the time given. The drop off was super simple dropped everything off and out in 5 mins or less. We will be back for sure.
