I only deducted 1 point in my rating because the store is very small and can be extremely cramped and chaotic and the parking lot is very small and limited as well. The staff members who helped me are great and did their best to assist me and give me their full attention.

I am grateful for the diversity among the employees. My child is trans, and was uncomfortable last year picking out a tux and Men's Warehouse. They said that this year they felt welcome, safe, and seen. It doesn't get much better than that.
