ok so the first visit was great the gentleman that helped us was awesome and very helpful
then at pick up the colors didn't line up as promised like way off difference between baby and midnight blue, not lined up then the sale vs the rental so not happy to spend another 30 dollars and when we got it the tie was damaged coming out of the package so I left it all to my 16 year old and you guys knocked it out of the park, returned the tux, got a credit for the tie and yes we will be back, thank you

The service by Cole during my cousin and I's initial sizing appointment was outstanding. Cole is very much aware of how to size folks, and make you feel your best in the suits and tuxes they provide. Also, the pickup and drop off process once sizing has been completed was super smooth and easy. No issues whatsoever with expectations or the process, it was a great experience and would definitely recommend Friar Tux for anyone needing a nice suit or tux for their next event.

We have used Friar tux on multiple occasions. The tailors are helpful and courteous. There is wide selection of suits, tuxedos, and accessories. Returns are easy. It is busy during prom season so plan accordingly for wait times.

Everything was so easy and amazing. We live in Texas but came in to try on a suit while we were visiting San Diego… absolutely the best suit we had seen and the customer experience was out of this world awesome! We had to do it. We were worried about the whole shipping process and weren’t sure but it turned out to be the best! A couple guys had to get replacements of a piece for fitting and had no issues calling and getting it shipped out it was an amazing experience. If I ever need to rent a suit again I will always come here first!!
