I love the staff. You can see how much they love the dogs under their care. My dog Mortimer loves going there - his tail is wagging on his way in and he refuses to leave before he gets his goodbye ear scratches from the staff. I trust them fully to care for my beloved dog.

Personalized service. The workers get to know your dog and their behavior. The employees are very attentive to what each dog needs and work hard to meet that need. My dog loves going there!

1st and most importantly my dog loves it there. I’ve never seen him so happy and excited. He comes home exhausted from playing with the dogs there and that kind of environment is so hard to foster. Our dogs Honey and Dash haven't visited Dogtopia in a while and when they walked in the door, the team was super excited to see them and welcome them back to the pack. Hours are flexible for pick up and drop off, and prices are good for the services offered. You can even have your dog groomed while they are there! All in all, Dogtopia is more than a service—it’s a wonderful community!

You have a very friendly staff, and getting Sprocket out of the house helps with his separation anxiety. It’s also a convenient location for me.

The staff at Dogtopia, Falls Church takes the time to truly know our dogs. Mine was apprehensive when he began going to daycare, but the staff got to know him, both from us, and from watching him interact in toybox. Their consistent care and observation has lead Oliver to love his time at daycare. As an anxious rescue he is generally attached to us, but he bounces through their door each morning that he is taken to daycare and willingly charges away from us so he can play in toybox. Everyone that we meet at the desk knows Oliver and knows that he's our baby. I can't say enough about how caring, well trained, and engaged the Dogtopia, Falls Church staff is with the dogs that they work with.

Friendly staff that is great working with my very large dog that isn't a fan of grooming.

Friendly, informative, answers any questions, candid. The meet-and-greet was easy to schedule and I was able to see how my dog was doing when introduced to the other dogs. The staff members answered all my numbers questions and were extremely helpful. Every person I met was positive and showed h genuine interest in and care for the dogs.

Our dogs stayed together in the "suite". They were busy all day in the playroom with other dogs. We could see our dogs on camera. The
