The team was so incredibly welcoming from the minute Perry and I walked in the door. They explained their process completely and made things so easy for a first-timer like me (and Perry). Nelson and team clearly work well together, are great with the dogs and really try to understand how to make a day a Dogtopia of Falls Church good for everyone.

Working with large numbers of dogs (and their people) can be challenging, managing moods, personalities, and just the unpredictability of different situations. All of the dogs seem to be calm and happy while they are at Dogtopia.

Thanks to everyone for making our first day great. We can't wait to come back.

I was impressed by how welcoming the staff were to me and my pup. They answered all of my questions with kindness and honesty, and my dog had a good first day. I was also very impressed by how happy the dogs who were being dropped off were. They seemed excited to have their day at Dogtopia.

I was able to bring my dog in for a much-needed bath on a walk in basis with proof of current vaccinations. The staff was professional and friendly.

The staff cares for the dogs and are attentive, and we love the web cam so we can monitor our dog.

Not sure of her name, but the young lady who usually wears a bandana on her head is amazing! She is great with dogs and super friendly.

My dog Douglas has a blast there, he is always so excited to go to daycare. The staff are so friendly and helpful, and I can tell how much they care about the dogs. I appreciate their flexibility and kindness. I am at ease whenever my dog is there because I know he is in good hands. Dogtopia provides a safe environment and their staff are awesome.

Staff is great. My dog is a little nervous and doesn’t like to be away from me. The staff takes their time to greet and comfort him before taking him back to join the other dogs.

Your staff went above and beyond to help our family. We had tried a few other Dogtopia locations for short term boarding while we moved into our house. Being new to the area we hadn't had time to do the meet and greet. Stormy went out of her way to offer to check with the manager/owner to see if they could make it happen for us, and they did! She didn't have to do that, but it says a lot that she was willing to go that extra mile AND that the management approved. I can't thank you and Stormy enough.

I love the webcam check ins while I’m gone, to see that my dog is having fun! And I love that when I check in and out the people at the front know my dog Hazel, who seems really excited to see them and to be there.

I like the bath before picking up my dog, it is definitely worth it!

The staff are friendly and accommodating. The prices are reasonable. Perhaps most importantly my dog loves it there and I feel a sense of comfort that he is safe and happy there.

As soon as you enter Dogtopia, the staff make both you and your dog feel welcome. They are attentive to your dog's unique needs and share information about their day. They are responsive to questions, and always make you feel like your dog is special.

Staff are very friendly. My dog is always happy to go….cant wait to exit the car when we arrive. She’s tuckered out when I pick her up. A win, win.
