Dogtopia was welcoming from the moment we walked through the door. They gave us a thorough evaluation of our pup and a detailed tour of their new and clean facility. Our puppy was noticeably happier going to this daycare versus others we’ve gone to in the area, and being able to check in on him via webcam has made us much more comfortable with having him away from home. The coaches are very patient and work very well with the dogs as well. We highly recommend Dogtopia!

Very friendly people, everyone looks like they are good with handling dogs, clean facility.
1. I think the manager is terrific. She knows the dogs, is attentive and focused on maintaining a quality dog care setting, and is responsive to dog owners.
2. People at the front desk are always welcoming, patient, and helpful.
3. The web cam is a great feature at Dogtopia. It allows me to watch my dog interacting with the other dogs and with the dog assistants.
4. The assistants are an important part of Dogtopia because they monitor the dogs when the dogs are together. The assistants are very knowledgeable about dog behaviors/misbehavior. And they are both affectionate with the dogs while watching and intervening as often as needed.

Dogtopia-Falls Church continues to surpass our expectations. From our initial call with Julie to our drop-off/pick-up, we have never felt like a number. There is a personalized touch that the team at Falls Church offers each dog and dog owner. Membership packages are affordable and cheaper than other entities in the area. We like the various offerings Dogtopia provides - Blueberry yogurt treats, holiday photos, etc., knowing that proceeds go to admirable causes. Despite wearing a mask, I walk in and the team knows me and our goldendoodle by name. The video cameras are of high quality and our pup comes home happy and exhausted. The hours work well for our work schedule and would use Dogtopia to board in the near future. Highly recommend and will continue to use Dogtopia.
The only constructive feedback I would add is to implement a "tracker" to know how many visits are remaining in the monthly membership. Nothing to fret over, just an idea to add to the app or our online account.
