We just use the doggy spa! The staff does a fantastic job! He’s a massive 95 lb baby with separation anxiety and he gets super nervous at any groomer. He went right into the back with one of the staff members without a problem! They made sure to call me when he was drying so I could pick him up to avoid long crate time. He was super clean and smelled great! I will be scheduling baths every 6 weeks! Thank you!
This is the first place I’ve taken my dog where she hasn’t barked, growled, or showed signs of discomfort. She immediately felt at ease and I can tell by her excitement that she feels happy. I love the webcam features and how involved the whole staff is. After 1 day, they already knew me and my dog by name. I think we’ve found a new home.
