Close to my neighborhood & shopping. Very friendly & helpful staff, especially the trainer & operations manager. Very good small club atmosphere & intimate setting -- not a typical noisy jock gym meat market. Family oriented is good.

I haven’t participated in any of the programs or activities, however, I love the convenient location and it’s not a busy gym. I workout during my lunch break and most of the time it’s just a few other members in there with me.
Having a local gym that is well stocked and clean and not too crowded is the best part about this location. This is definitely my favorite place to work out.
I like Stony Creek Y because it’s clean and safe . The staff is very nice .
The gym has everything myself and wife needs to achieve our heath goal. Always clean and everyone I have met is super nice. Courtney who signed me up for our membership is great along with everyone else.

The Y is a good place to go because
1. The staff is very nice and friendly
2. the people who use the Y are also nice and respectful of others
3. The machines are always in good shape
4. The class I took was very welcoming and the instructor was so energetic and engaging
5. I have worked with 2 trainers as the first moved on to another Y. BOTH were super and made me "feel the burn" without feeling the pain. It is due to them that I have kept up an exercise program for almost a year now. Usually I drift off and end up quitting.
Smaller setting, quiet and easier to get to know the members and employees
I want to call out Aaron as a great addition to the Stoneycreek staff. He is very engaging with members and is quite an improvement to the team!

The Y has everything I need to have as balanced workout, both physically and mentally. The equipment is extensive, well kept and always clean; the various classes offered brings a variety of mental relaxation and physical challenges.

My personal, Aaron Stewart is the best. He is patient. He listens and creates a plan that is beneficial to me. If I'm having issues, he re-adjust so that I can continue my exercises without causing any pain. I would highly recommend his..
The personal training has been very helpful. The trainers are pleasant, professional and encouraging me to reach my goals.
It offers all I need. I am just here for a few months each summer and this makes it very convenient to keep up with my exercise.

A hidden gem gym! Great facilities and friendly staff and never too crowded.
I like the smaller setting, it's not so overwhelming.
