What do you like about our program and activities?

Lots of great classes and gym time for sports.
Pool area is fairly small and locker rooms should be closer but I like the facility overall

What do you like about our program and activities?

Cycling classes are great. Body pump is awesome. (Amelia is a great instructor). World Dance class is really fun (and a great workout). The private workout room with the Mirror device is wonderful! Showers are clean.

They are challenging.
However, the weight room is overcrowded and I often have to leave without being able to work out. Have been looking for another gym.

What do you like about our program and activities?

We love the variety of activities offered at the Y. We wish we had the energy to participate in everything; it's wonderful to have so many options. The Y is well maintained by a universally friendly staff who always welcome us with a hello and a smile. Hats off to management for running a first-rate facility.

I love the exercise machines,the sauna,the steam room & the pool but most of all I love all the friendly faces that greet me when I arrive every day ! I also love the inspirational Bible messages that we can grab on the way in or on the way out ! Your YMCA is a very inspirational place to work out !
