Very professional and friendly drivers and greeters as well as vans running all the time, so once I get my luggage the wait is short. I also like the premium lot, which I select based on how long I'm out of town and when my flight lands back in Philly.

Parking Spot 2 is my "go to" parking lot. Convenient, covered parking and the shuttle service is great. I take advantage of reservations and special promotions when I am able.

Driver was fantastic, we didnt wait long for pick up from our car.

I love the convenience of being able to book my reservation online.

I do not like that when I upgrade to the premium covered (inside the building in the back) that it takes over 5 minutes for the shuttle to come get me. I know the person at the entrance radios back to tell the driver that there is someone going there, but I'm usually parked& out of my car and waiting for sometimes up to 10 minutes before the shuttle arrives.

The other suggestion is to be able to exit the premium garage the same way I entered - through the covered parking area. The way it is now you have to zig-zag through the outdoor parking before being able to get back to the cashier.

Don't have to wait long for a shuttle.
