Vareity of options for senior citizens! Excellent instructors and facility. WOuld like some earlier am options, but that's just me....

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I was blessed to connect with my strength trainer Jeff Wilson at the YMCA at Hamburg. He has been a great help in keeping me focused on my desire to curb "muscle loss". He is always professional in appearance and attitude and he has never overfaced me but at the same time he challenges me enough that I always feel as if I am making good progress. The Y is staffed with kind, friendly and helpful people who are ready to assist at any time. The facility sparkles with cleanliness and it is a joy to enter the doors every time!!

The Y offers many opportunities to join exercise group and to learn how to take care of yourself. There is definitely a community available to anyone who wants to be engaged.

I kike the small basketball goals for younger kids. The water slide and indoor pool. The women's locker room is spacious. The majority of the staffing is friendly.

Wonderful programs for all adults. Plenty of activites for all age groups.
Need outside cameras for the parking lots to deter theft and personal safety day and night.
