I love the water aerobic classes and the fact that they are offered after 10:00. I like the variety of exercise options. I wish some the Silver Sneaker classes were offered on Tuesday and Thursdaqy after 10:00 but that is a personal preference. The Y also has many excellent instructors and people working the desk. The summer program was run so well this year. The Y is certainly my go to place.

I like the pool area and all of the workout machines.
Great facilities! I'm using it for cardio and weight training to stay healthy in my 50's and keep my teenagers healthy.

Awesome facility
I've only used the indoor walking track so far but have appreciated the availability of it. It provides an opportunity to walk no matter any weather issues.
I enjoy the. Ss yoga and the sis classic. I like doing exercises with other seniors. I have met several new friends. I really like the Sarge.

Child care is great and the classes are fantastic!
My wife loves the classes and childcare makes them possible. YMCA is well-kept, facilities are nice, and the family plans are very affordable.
Feedback:
-The wintercreeper bushes/ivy in the gardens are extremely invasive/damaging to central Kentucky (same is true of the Chinese elm trees). Highly recommend removing.
-Mulch volcanoes are killing the landscape trees. Piling the mulch up against the bark will shorten their lifetimes and cause them to be unhealthy/ugly. Also - will cost YMCA money when the trunks inevitably rot and the trees fall.
-Pool deep end is always closed, even when not in use for classes
