So many activities, programs and equipment offering a variety.

We love the pool because of the slide. The track is wider than most tracks which is really nice. I like that there are plenty of family restrooms/changing rooms. We have a 9 year old grandson and I’m still not comfortable letting him go into the men’s restroom alone. But he’s too old to go into the women’s restroom, so family ones are great!

I love the group classes, very easy to follow and fun.

I have only visited your facility once, with my preschool grands. The splash pad is grand. I would enjoy a few shade spots.

I was intimidated by the pool life jacket rule, even though my daughter had prepared me. We had an adult for each child. The four year old needs time going from arms to pool side and gaining confidence and the 16 month old screamed starting with flotation device application until we left the pool. I understand safety is your goal, and maybe there is accommodation I seek and we could not tolerate screaming long enough to find out! We provided our own float devices.

The family corridor is lovely.

I have friends who play pickleball at your facility and one that recommends a mechanic fitness evaluation.

My Pilates instructor Kara is the best. All the staff is friendly. We love using the Egym and walking track! Whitaker Y is awesome!

I would love to see more yoga classes!

Miss Mary at the YMCA is truly a gem.
I look forward to seeing her every morning at 5:30 a.m.—a time when most people are still shaking off sleep, but there she is, with a big, bright smile on her face. Her presence alone is uplifting, and what makes her even more special is that she always takes the time to talk to you after your workout—not because she has to, but because it’s who she is. That’s just her genuine spirit of kindness and service.

Her warmth and humor make a real difference. She makes me laugh, and I know I do the same for her. I always leave feeling better than when I arrived—more encouraged, more motivated, and simply lighter. On the days she isn’t there, I find myself asking about her, because she’s become such a meaningful part of my routine.

Yes, the YMCA has great equipment and facilities—but Miss Mary is one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. She’s the kind of person who makes early mornings feel less hard, and the world feel a little more kind. Truly an amazing person... First name removed

I like the sauna and pool. I just wish I knew the times where the map lanes are more free and available so I don't have to wait so long.

Spacious and clean. New equipment with feedback. Too bad the YMCA over in Beaumont does not have this equipment.

The childcare is next to none. We are so grateful for all of the hardwork the childcare team puts in to make time with our kids fun.

We utilize so many of the kids sports team activities.
