What I like is the variety of the programs that are offered and friendly atmosphere !! I look forward to my workouts. Not only do I benefit physically but emotionally!! highly recommend the Beaumont Y!!

I like the different programs you offer and really like Stephanie M as an instructor. We love her LIFT and water aerobics classes!

I like the fitness classes offered on Monday & Wednesday, especially because I am a senior & it keeps me flexible. I golf & the golf fitness class was also very good for flexibility in the sport.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I mostly use the pool for lap swimming. I also use the nautilus equipment. The YMCA is wonderful. The staff is great and the facilities are clean. The equipment is alway maintained.

I love the outdoor and inside pools. I like the classes. And I like the facility and location. I wish there were more strength training opportunities.

I am using the pool to swim 3-4 times a week. Enjoy swimming laps. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming.
